Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Electrical parts and special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@fastblacktigers.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
International Orders
For international orders (outside UAE/GCC), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All customs and duties fees are non-refundable.
