At Fast Black Tiger, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Parts must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging.
• Electrical components and special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Items must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at admin@fastblacktigers.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
3. If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
4. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, etc.).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect part, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Orders

For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
